Step 1:
Create custom user groups
Step 2:
Assign users into group
Step 3:
Specify download directory.
Step 4:
Upload files into the download directory you set earlier. files will be showed up on VFM pages.
Step 5:
create menu links to VFM component
Step 6:
Sign in a super administrator account, browse your files from VFM component by open the link you created earlier, you will be able to manage as well as determine permission for these files.
manager permission: user who has this permission, acts like administrator.
download permission: ability to view and download files or folders recursively.
view permission: ability to view files or folder recursively.
denied permission: is not allowed to access files or folders recursively.
